At Step Culture Collective, every item is made specifically to order.

Because our products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong colour

  • Personal preference

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
